A Simple Process For Wedding Photographer Bookings

When planning a wedding it can become stressful and worrying around the sums of money you are spending in advance. Here are the steps from start to finish from the point of making contact with Marcus through to completing the photography service.

Contact Marcus

  • Once you have determined that you need the expertise of a photographer for your wedding, feel free to reach out to me through mobile, WhatsApp, text, or email, and Marcus will get in touch with you promptly.

Agree The Date

  • Ensure that Marcus is available on the date you are considering for your wedding.

  • It’s crucial to book in advance; please secure your reservation as soon as you have finalised your wedding date to align with my availability.

  • My suggestion is 6 to 12 months in advance of your wedding date.

Wedding Photographer Consultation

  • We will agree to meet so we can talk through the scope of the photography service required.

  • This will help me get to know you both, understand what you are looking for in terms of photographs and to give me an appreciation of the wedding plans and the budget you are working with.

Confirm & Agree Wedding Scope

  • From our consultation Marcus will scope out the service required and build a scope of photography work.

  • Marcus will then send over the scope of work, price for services and terms and conditions for you to check and read through.

Deposit & Payment

  • When we have agreed the photographer scope of work, terms & conditions and price. A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking on the date agreed.

  • We will also agree the date for the final payment.

Provide Wedding Photography Services

  • Marcus will provide the photography services agreed, capture you wedding day on camera.

  • Marcus shoots in RAW image format and processes them after the event.

Service Completion

  • Marcus will work with you to check through your photographs uploading them in a number of phases.

  • Taster photos

  • Set scene photographs

  • General photos

  • Agree that you are satisfied with the photographs and finalise the service.

Photography Feedback

  • When we have completed our work together it is great to take some feedback.

  • We can review what worked well, what could Marcus improve in the future with the clear aim of continuous wedding photography improvement.
